The underside is left unglazed, allowing silicone to bond firmly for a secure and stable fit on your counter surface.

Please note that this basin does not come with a tap hole, so a tall basin mixer sitting on the counter will be needed, with the spout directing water into the centre of the bowl. There is no overflow hole either, so an unslotted basin waste will also be required.
