Free Collections

We offer free collections at all our Ideal Ceramic stores in Nairobi and Mombasa. Place your order online and select the store you wish to collect from.

Is My Order Ready For Collection?

Normally, orders will be ready for collection on the same day payment is made and confirmed. For all cheque payments, your order will be processed and released once the cheque is deposited and clears the bank.

If your order is urgent we suggest you make payment via MPESA, Credit Card or Pesalink. This will allow us to process it immediately and release it from our warehouse.

What If I Have Ordered More Than What Is Available?

If you have ordered more than what is available at the branch you wish to collect from than we shall source the remaining stock for you from the other closest store. Please note that inter branch transfers between our stores can take between 3-4 days. We will notify you every step of the way and let you know once the balance stock has arrived and is ready for collection.
