Returns & Refunds

I need to return an item I bought online?

If you have changed your mind or found that you've purchased more than needed, we are happy to facilitate exchanges or refunds, under the following conditions:

1. The return date falls within 30 days of the original purchase.
2. You possess valid proof of purchase (invoice) from Ideal Ceramics.
3. Goods must be in their original sellable condition and packaging with all the fittings & accessories.
4. Items should be returned to your nearest Ideal Ceramics store in Nairobi or Mombasa.

Please note the following:

• No refund will be issued for partial boxes of tiles or tiles that sustain damage during installation.
• Returns for tile adhesive or grout will not be accepted after one week from the purchase date.
• Ensure your satisfaction with the product before installation, as no claims will be entertained post-installation.
